After drawing it on paper, I went to Home Depot and bought a few sticks of PVC and some wheels and went to work.

Ready to assemble!

The wheels were the most expensive part. I can't find the cheap hollow plastic wheels like are on the pre-made carts at the hardware store, just these rubber lawnmower type wheels.

And here it is, all put together.

Ta-da!

I learned a few things from this project. First and foremost, this PVC isn't sturdy enough to last for years at this job. The next one will be much stronger. Also, the design needs keep the bins from being tilted too far. Next time...
