We love Fantasy Fest, this was our 6th since 2001.
The yellow w/parrots thing was originally intended to be a full painted shirt that went all the way around, but time pressures caused us to settle for simply covering the necessary bits. Still, a great time was had!

This girl was cartwheeling across an intersection about a half block off the parade route. I have no idea why. She seemed to be having fun though.

Hard to go wrong with the classics. The law in Key West has been cracking down a bit in the last couple years so she probably was asked to cover her nipples during the weekend.
