I love our squirrels. They are surely the most photographed squirrels in town!

We have this Norfolk Pine in our back yard. It's got twin trunks and is about 30' tall. An amazing variety of birds roost in the tops of this tree. I never noticed before, but the bird on the right isn't like the others. I thought they were all birds of a feather.

I drive past this spot sometimes on my way to work so stopped today for some pictures. May go back here some morning if I see a particularly pretty sunrise.

All the ponds are really low now and the wading birds have been everywhere taking advantage of the shallow waters.
